01 // Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EmailSonic platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and EmailSonic Corp ("Company").

02 // Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
• Using the Service to transmit harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without prior written consent

03 // Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify EmailSonic of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

04 // Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EmailSonic Corp and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

05 // Subscription & Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing occurs on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. You authorize the Company to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension

06 // Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EmailSonic Corp, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

07 // Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

08 // Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

09 // Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
